How We Can Help

Starting or growing a business can be a daunting time, but it does not have to be difficult. As a business owner you will have so much to think about and so often legal  considerations get pushed to the back burner and only revisited when serious issues arise, causing you and your family stress & anxiety, unnecessary diversion of valuable time and resources and unexpected expense. We act for start ups and established business to ensure that they are compliance with all the laws that regulate sales online.

Our Fees

Our fees vary depending on your circumstances and your needs. We prefer to work on a fixed fee basis so as to give our clients the peace of mind.

Where the circumstances are unpredictable we may offer you a time based fee arrangement, whereby we charge you for the worked carried out at an agreed hourly rate.

Where we charge you for the services at an hourly rate, we may also offer to cap your fees. i.e. whereby you can spend less, but never more than an agreed amount.

Flexible and Transparent

Whatever the fee arrangement, we pride ourselves in being flexible and transparent with our fees  and these will always be agreed from the onset so there are no hidden surprises.
